Beyond Grateful

I'm beyond grateful for Tammie at Family Tree and the impact she has had on my health journey. From the first visit, she took the time and listened, understood my concerns, and looked at whole picture, not just symptoms. Her knowledge, compassion and guidance have helped me make real changes that I can feel daily. She has helped me reconnect with my body, understand the root causes, and gave me tools to create lasting balances. She empowers rather than prescribes, that has made all the difference! I can honestly say I feel so much better, healthier, stronger and more in tune with myself because of her care and knowledge.
